# Get recently used swatches with a new endpoint

#### What's new

The `SWATCHES` product option allows users to set up visible custom color options for their products. These custom colors are saved as "recently used swatches", allowing store owners to set the same custom color again in other products easily.

This history of recently used colors in the swatches options is now available through an API call.

#### Changes in API

New endpoint `/swatches` that supports only GET requests. Each object in the `colors` array has at least two fields:

* `name` field sets the name of the product option visible on the storefront and in customer notifications.
* `hexColor` field contains the HEX code displayed in Ecwid admin to the store owner (on the product editor page).
